Ingredients
Ripe avocados: 2, peeled, pitted, and diced
Black beans: 1 cup, rinsed and drained
Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
Red onion: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped
Lime: Juice of 1
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt: To taste
Pepper: To taste
Directions
STEP 1
Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, black beans, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion.
