Ingredients
Butter: 1 cup, softened
Sugar: 1 cup
Brown Sugar: 1 cup, packed
Eggs: 2
Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp
Baking Soda: 1 tsp
Hot Water: 2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Flour: 3 cups
Chocolate Chips: 2 cups
Nuts: 1 cup, chopped (optional)
