Green chilies: 1 can (4 ounces), diced
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken broth: 1 cup
Tomato sauce: 1 can (8 ounces)
Corn tortillas: 8
Cheddar cheese: 2 cups, shredded
Sour cream: 1 cup
Cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped
Directions
STEP 1
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side. Remove from skillet, let cool, and shred.

Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the diced green chilies, cumin, and chili powder, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Make the Sauce: Add the chicken broth and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine, and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
