Ingredients
Salad Ingredients:
Chopped kale or any lettuce: 4 cups
Finely diced celery stalk (optional): 1
Thinly diced apple: 1
Toasted walnuts: 7-8
Dressing Ingredients:
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Lemon, juiced: 1/2
Honey (optional): 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and parsley: To taste
Directions
STEP 1

Thoroughly wash and dry the kale leaves. Chop them finely and place them in a large bowl.
